Payment
Prices can as a service be made to show in USD, GBP, EUR and AUD. The check-out total is converted to USD which is our billing currency. If you prefer to pay in your own currency then email us. We accept PayPal and any major credit cards via PayPal, Western Union International Money Orders as well as bank transfers to our Hong Kong or EU bank account.

Shipping

We ship world-wide by three different shipping methods. Air Express delivered in 5 workdays. Airmail delivered in 2 to 3 weeks and Surface mail delivered in 6 to 9 weeks. All shipments are insured and trackable. The shipping charge is based on actual weight of goods plus a standard handling fee. Thereby our costs of combined shipments can be very competitive. We ship out next workday upon verified payment.

 

Optimised Shipping Quote

If you choose the payment option "Optimised Shipping Quote" at check-out then the order is booked as an enquiry and we will trial pack it. It might be split into two or more consignments in order to maximise the usage of postal thresholds. This can depending on product mix result in considerable savings compared to the web shops automated price calculation. Please allow 24 hours for our reply. Upon that you can then decide whether to order or cancel. In case you want to order then inform back and we will send you an updated invoice and a Paypal payment request.

 

Returns Policy
You may return items in new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund excluding the shipping cost. We'll also refund the initially paid for shipping and the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

VAT and import duties.

All EU and UK orders for private customers (B2C) are sold including VAT. No further import taxes or Customs handling fees apply. For Non EU/UK sales VAT and Customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. In countries where VAT and import duties apply the goods are valuated by the local Customs Department which issues a separate invoice for VAT and duties to the buyer.
