    • Trepanning is face parting. Use this curved tool holder to cut a groove into the end of a turned piece. Say like a face o-ring groove. It can also be used to completely part a section out of a large disk.

    • Made of forged Alloy Steel
    • Hardened to HRC40
    • Corrosion resistant Black Oxide Finish or Bronze Coated depending on Size
    • Uses 3mm MGMN type inserts same as for our parting tool no. I34. Inserts to machine steel, stainless steel and aluminium are available under item no.'s J99, K01, K02
